2/3/4 Course Menu options


For consistency and quality our options are either a 50/50 or “same for everyone” drop for each person, entrée, main, or dessert. Your menu can also be designed as entrée, main 2 course, or main, dessert 2-course so on and so forth.


 For a more adventurous evening the kitchen can create a menu as per their discretion full of vegetarian, classic and modern food techniques and flavours. (Discussed earlier to suit your evening).

Option 2 entrée courses

Choose 1/2


Merbein mushroom Risotto, King brown mushrooms, Parmesan reggiano, truffle


Braised pork belly, apple, saltbush, grape, crunchy puffed skin


Roasted prawns, Nori, bonito flakes, cucumber, capers, mayonnaise




Option 3 main course

Choose 1/2


Roasted beef porterhouse, roasted onions, caramelised French onion jus


Stuffed chicken breast, thyme, slow cooked flash fried cauliflower, lemongrass and citrus puree


Beetroot cured Ocean trout, slow cooked beets, Smoke, apple, goats cheese mousse




Option 4 dessert/cheese

Choose 1/2


Chocolate mousse, macerated dates, pedro ximenez, chocolate maltodextrin


Whipped cream cheese mousse, vanilla, meringue, seasonal fruit


Selection of cheese, fruit puree, crackers and versus garnishes

(Cheese platters will be set down on the table as opposed to individual serves.  (min of 3 pax to share)
